Terms & Conditions – Airport Wavelink Cars

Welcome to Airport Wavelink Cars. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all our services, including Airport Transfers, Executive Cars, Minivan Taxis, School Contracts, Long Distance, Wedding Car Service, Cruise Ship Transfers, and Special Event Car Services within Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton, and surrounding areas.

Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our website.
• Confirmation will be provided once the booking has been accepted.
• For school contracts and special events, written agreements may be required.

Payments

• Payments can be made in cash, card, or online transfer.
• Prices are confirmed at the time of booking; additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes in journey.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled journey.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

Waiting Time & Delays

• For airport pickups, free waiting time of 30 minutes is included after flight landing.
• Delays beyond this may incur additional charges.
• For other services, 10 minutes free waiting time is allowed.

Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings during travel.
• Airport Wavelink Cars will not be liable for lost or damaged items.
• Our drivers will take the safest and most efficient routes unless instructed otherwise.

Special Services

• Wedding Cars & Special Events: Must be booked in advance, and additional terms may apply.
• School Contracts: Require parental/guardian agreement and compliance with safeguarding rules.
• Cruise Ship Transfers: Passengers must provide correct arrival/departure details to avoid delays.

Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances in vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Liability

• Airport Wavelink Cars is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• In the rare event of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative car where possible.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
